Day 4: Breakfast. Morning sightseeing of the Albanian Capital and visit the Historical Museum. In the afternoon visit the medieval town of Kruje (The Castle with Scanderbeg and Ethnology museums located inside the castle) A short free time for shopping at Old Bazaar. The tour continues to the Adriatic coast. Dinner and overnight in Durres.
Day 5: Durres is the second largest Albanian city and the biggest seaport in the country. In the Roman period it played an important role as a merchant centre on the road Via Egnatia, linking Rome with Constantinopolis (Istanbul).Visit the Amphitheatar (2nd century B.C.), the most important archeological site in the town. Lunch in a fish seafront restaurant. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 6: Breakfast and early morning drive to the historical town of Berat. The ancient town has been declared a ,,Museum City,, and it is known as ,,The City of One-Thousand Windows,, Visit Onufri Museum. For lunch in hotel ,,Tomorri,, will be servied traditional dish from Berat which is well known all over Albania. In the afternoon the tour continues back to Macedonia. Dinner and overnight in Ohrid.
Day 7: Breakfast. Visit the New Church of St.Panteleimon on the hill of Plaoshnik Few hours at leisure for shopping (Ohrid’s pearls and handmade silver jewelry are the authentic articles) Drive to Skopje. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Breakfast. The Tour Director can arrange an optional short excursion to Matka Lake and canyon of Treska River (12 km. from Skopje) and visit the Monastery and Church of Virgin Mary. Transfer to the airport and end of the tour.
